1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns for most unused and unopened gift box items within:

To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- All packaging, inserts, and accessories must be intact
- Product must not show signs of wear or handling
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Items failing inspection may be denied.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of curated gift boxes, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used items
- Customized or personalized gift boxes
- Food or perishable items (if included)
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Bulk corporate orders (unless defective)
- Gift cards
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Missing components
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- A brief explanation
We will provide a replacement, store credit, or full refund at no cost to you.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item:
